During these classes, we will dive step-by-step into the world of wine. We will learn to taste more consciously, discover how terroir influences a wine, and see what exactly happens during the vinification of white and red wine. Of course, everything will immediately become tangible in the glass.
Each class combines theory with tasting, so you not only learn to understand wine but, most importantly, learn to experience it.
Introductory Class
The introductory class is perfect if you want to get acquainted with our approach, are still hesitant about the full course, or simply fancy a pleasant wine evening.
In an accessible and relaxed way, you will discover the basics of wine: smell, taste, history, and even the art of sabrage. Of course, tasting is central.
During the evening, we will taste:
- 1 sparkling wine
- 1 white wine
- 1 red wine
In addition, we will also play an interactive scent game to better recognize aromas.
