Wine boxes

May is the month when spring fully blossoms. The evenings get longer and the wines we drink can also be a bit more playful and aromatic.

We start with Ali 2.0 from Filodivino, a lively Pét-Nat from Le Marche made from the floral Lacrima grape. Light red fruit, a nice grip and a touch of wildness make it ideal as a sunny aperitif. This is followed by our own Cuvée D, created with Domaine de la Dourbie. A fresh and juicy rosé with fine acidity, southern fruit and enough depth for a table full of small dishes. We finish with the Collio Riserva 2019 from Gradis’ciutta. Ribolla Gialla, Friulano and Malvasia together provide ripe fruit, spiciness and a layered, gastronomic texture.
