Vineyard
The grapes come from fossil-rich hillsides in the Côtes des Bar, originating in the Kimmeridgian. The soil is rich in limestone. His plots are located on south to south-easterly oriented slopes, where they benefit from the sun's beneficial rays from morning until late afternoon.
Winemaking
Full vinification in stainless steel tanks, with both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. After fermentation, the wine ages for 6 to 8 months in stainless steel, after which it is filtered and bottled between January and April following the harvest. It then ages for 36 months *sur lattes*. The blend consists of 70% wine from the current vintage, supplemented with 30% reserve wines from older vintages. Dosage: 8 g/l.
