Cuvée La Baronne - Fruit Lambic

Cuvée La Baronne is a unique gueuze in which organically grown Carignan, Grenache Noir and Syrah from Domaine La Baronne in the Languedoc are macerated with young lambic. After a long maturation in oak barrels and the addition of aged lambic, a refined blend with great depth, freshness, and fruit is created. For this cuvée, 352 grams of grapes per liter are used, while all grains are organic and sourced from 3 Fonteinen's own grain collective.
