Plum Belle de Louvain - Fruit Lambic

For this one, they used the old plum variety Belle De Louvain, hand-picked in Limburg, Belgium. The maceration lasted almost four months, and the lambic for both maceration and blending comes from six different barrels and thirteen different brews, the oldest of which was brewed at the end of October 2018.
