Plum Mirabelle - Fruit Lambic

Fruit lambic with rare, Belgian, freshly picked, ripe Mirabelle plums. 304 grams of plums per liter. Most of the fourteen used brews come from smaller barrels and were brewed at 3 Fonteinen. More than 1/3 of these were brewed with Pajottenland grains.
