Cuvée La Baronne Roussanne is a refined grape lambic where organically grown Roussanne grapes from Domaine La Baronne in the Languedoc macerate for over eight months on young lambic in oak barrels. The blend is supplemented with four-year-old lambic, providing extra complexity, depth, and elegance. With 307 grams of grapes per litre, this cuvée offers a beautiful balance between fresh acidity, ripe fruit, and the characteristic finesse of 3 Fonteinen.
