Schaerbeek Kriek - Lambic Kriek

The beer is obtained by maturing sour cherries (fruit and pits) in young lambic. After this 6 to 8-month maturation process, the beer undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle for at least 4 more months after bottling. No flavourings, colourings, or sweeteners are added.
