Vineyard

The vineyards are located on gravelly slopes with calcareous pebbles and layers of beige and red marl, typical of Cairanne's best terroirs. This alternation of soils provides finesse, aromatic tension, and soft tannins. The mistral wind ensures natural cooling and healthy grapes. All plots are organically managed (Ecocert). Biodiversity and soil health are central to the domain's working methods.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested entirely by hand to ensure optimal fruit purity. After selection, gentle vinification takes place in concrete vats to keep the Mediterranean fruit profile fresh and precise. There is no oak aging, allowing the wine to retain its vibrant red fruit aromas.
