Vineyard
The vineyards are located on terraced, sandy, and silty soils in Sabran, Southern Rhône, with a strong influence from the Mediterranean wind. The vines are between 16 and 60 years old and are organically farmed. The south-facing exposure ensures optimal ripening, while the wind and light soil maintain freshness and elegance in the wine.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and fully destemmed before being lightly crushed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and maceration lasts only six days to maintain a light, fresh style. The wine ages for five months in stainless steel tanks and is bottled without fining or filtration, with minimal addition of sulfites.
