Vineyard

The vineyards are situated in a hilly landscape and stretch between 350 and 480 meters in altitude. The soil consists of shale, locally called 'le galestro'. The vineyards are cultivated in an ecologically responsible manner.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a double selection. The long vinification, with a one-month maceration, takes place in concrete vats where the juice is regularly pumped over. The wine matures for 12 months in a mix of 500-liter oak barrels, large barriques, and concrete vats.
