Vineyard
The vineyards are situated on slopes and are surrounded by garrigue, the typical Mediterranean scrubland of Southern France. This environment not only imparts a southern character to the wine but also a herbaceous and aromatic touch. The location on the "coteaux" (slopes) promotes drainage and supports a balanced ripening of the grapes. This contributes to the freshness and lively expression of the wine.
Vinification
After destemming, each grape variety is vinified separately and gently to preserve the unique character of each cépage. The vinification takes place over approximately four weeks in stainless steel tanks. This approach supports a fruit-driven style with freshness and precision. The result is a young, energetic wine with a beautiful balance between juiciness and structure.

Mas de Janiny
Frankrijk · Languedoc
