Vineyard

The vineyards are located on gravelly hills of Saint-Estèphe with clay and limestone subsoils. The location on the “Cos hill” lends extra minerality and structure to the wine.

Vinification

The grapes were carefully vinified using classic extraction methods such as remontage and controlled maceration to build structure. The wine then matured in French oak barrels, with a limited but noticeable proportion of new wood.
