Located just 1 km from the center of Saint-Émilion, the vineyard truly lies in the heart of the appellation. The terroir consists of clay and limestone. They perform green harvesting to keep yields under control.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a triple selection. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and takes place in concrete vats. Finally, the wine matures for another 12 months, part of which is in barriques.
