Vineyard

The vineyard, at 1 km from the center of Saint-Emilion, is truly located in the heart of the appellation. The terroir consists of clay and limestone. They perform a green harvest to control yields.

Vinification

The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a triple selection. Fermentation is temperature-controlled and takes place in concrete vats. Finally, the wine matures for another 12 months, part of which is in barriques.
