Vineyard

The vineyards are located on the typical gravel and clay soils of Saint-Estèphe, with excellent drainage and heat retention. These terroirs particularly support Cabernet Sauvignon in terms of ripeness and structure.

Vinification

The grapes were harvested manually between late September and early October 2019. After rigorous selection, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, with adapted extraction to maintain a balance between power and finesse. Maceration lasts several weeks to develop color, tannins, and aromatic depth.
