Vineyard
This wine comes from the lieu-dit La Vigne Gervais, a small 8.28-are plot vineyard with 56-year-old vines. The subsoil originates from the Cuisian period and consists of sand, sandstone, clay layers, and calcareous brown soils on colluvium, supplemented with sandy and stony clay. Since 2015, the soil has been fully cultivated, without herbicides or synthetic products. From 2016, biodynamics were introduced, using fermented plant extracts and herbal decoctions. Since the 2023 harvest, the domain has been officially certified organic.

Alexis Leconte
Frankrijk · Champagne
