For this cuvée, a selection is made of the best bunches from their five most beautiful plots located in and around Gols. The soil is rich in limestone.

Vinification

The bunches undergo a strict selection process. The co-fermentation and maceration take 11 days and happen in stainless steel tanks. Finally, it matures for another 17 months in 300-liter French oak barrels, 15% of which are new.
