The vineyard is located in the hamlet of Hoher Rain. The soil, which consists of sandy loam, has good water retention.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked at the beginning of October. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are immediately pressed. The juice undergoes a long maturation on lees in stainless steel tanks. The wine was bottled at the beginning of February 2023.
