Vineyard

Most of the plots are located in the Luberon Regional Park, between Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, and Manosque. Situated at an altitude of approximately 300 meters, the plots have alluvial soil. The terroir consists of flat, rounded pebbles and calcareous marl. Erosion material from the Alps can also be found there.

Winemaking

The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. After destemming, the juice is cooled. Temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures in stainless steel vats until January.
