The vines thrive on south-facing slopes on the Brauneberger Juffer, which are 60 to 75% steep and overlook the Mosel. The soil consists of slate. Cultivation is carried out in an ecologically responsible manner. Yields are kept well under control.

Winemaking

The bunches are hand-picked. A short maceration is followed by pressing, after which fermentation is initiated by indigenous yeasts. This process and the subsequent maturation take place in small stainless steel tanks. It contains 20.9 grams of residual sugar per liter.
