Vineyard
The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils at the foot of the hills. The yield is 60 hl/ha, ensuring a good balance between concentration and freshness. The grape benefits here from a sunny Mediterranean climate with sufficient ripening. The estate operates under the Haute Valeur Environnementale label, with attention to biodiversity and sustainable practices.
Winemaking
After pneumatic pressing, a low-temperature fermentation follows to preserve the aromatic potential as much as possible. The vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, which ensures freshness and purity. There is no wood aging, keeping the fruit at the forefront. The wine is bottled relatively young to retain its expressive character.

Les Collines du Bourdic
Frankrijk · Languedoc
