Vineyard
The grapes come from carefully selected Pinot Bianco vineyards, linked to the origins of the Rottensteiner family. The soils consist of sandy and loamy porphyry, which contributes to finesse and minerality. The vines are trained using the Guyot system. Low yields ensure extra concentration and quality. This terroir emphasizes the typical freshness and salinity of Pinot Bianco.
Winemaking
Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, with a focus on purity and freshness. The use of stainless steel ensures that the aromatic profile remains clear and unfiltered by wood. The wine thus retains its lively character and fruit expression. Careful selection of grapes is used to guarantee quality. The result is a crisp yet structured white wine.
