Vineyard
The grapes come from the 4-hectare Muri vineyard. The gravelly soil consists mainly of sand but also contains some limestone. The vineyard is located between 500 and 550 meters altitude. The plots have a south-western, southern, and south-eastern orientation.
Winemaking
The harvest is done manually. Fermentation in large stainless steel tanks starts spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees for 24 months and was bottled in September 2024. Vinification proceeds without the addition of sulfites; only a very minimal amount of 10 mg of sulfites per liter is added at bottling. It contains 0.2 grams of residual sugar per liter.
