Vineyard
The vineyards are located at altitudes between 450 and 600 meters around Bolzano, ensuring cool nights and aromatic tension. The soil consists of sandy and clayey porphyry, which contributes to minerality. The vineyards are trained using pergola and Guyot pruning. The yield is relatively low, which promotes concentration. This is a typical South Tyrolean terroir with a strong Alpine influence.
Winemaking
The vinification takes place with strict temperature control during fermentation to preserve the primary fruit aromas as much as possible. This ensures an expressive and pure style. The focus is on balance between freshness and body. There is no emphasis on oak influence, so the fruit remains central. The result is a harmonious and accessible Chardonnay.
