Vineyard
The vineyard has a north-westerly orientation and lies between 300 and 400 m in altitude. It benefits from a microclimate. The soil consists of clay and limestone. The vineyard, nestled among lush vegetation, is organically cultivated.
Vinification
The grapes are hand-picked and undergo a second selection. Fermentation takes place in a mix of concrete tanks, stainless steel vats, and conical wooden barrels. The wine ages on its lees for 12 months, half in barriques and half in egg-shaped sandstone vats. Finally, it rests for another 12 months in the bottle in the domain's cellars.
