Vineyard
The vineyards are located in the Dolomites, where the alpine climate provides crisp acidity and aromatic precision. Significant day-night temperature differences promote slow ripening. Schiava often grows on higher, lighter soils, while Lagrein derives more warmth and structure from richer plots. The combination of terroirs ensures a balance between elegance and power. The focus is on optimal ripeness without overextraction.
Vinification
The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to best preserve its fruity and fresh character. No wood is used, intentionally, so that the purity of the grapes remains central. Schiava provides light extraction, while Lagrein brings more structure and depth. Merlot rounds off the whole with softness and ripeness. The style remains light, supple, and immediately accessible.
