Vineyard
Most vineyards for this cuvée are located in the Luberon Regional Park between Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Manosque. The average altitude of 300 meters above sea level ensures a long and even ripening cycle. The soil consists of alluvial deposits that largely originate in the Alps. You will find flat and round pebbles, marl, limestone and clay there.
Winemaking
Picking takes place in the cool morning hours. The grapes are immediately and lightly pressed upon arrival at the winery. After débourbage, temperature-controlled fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks for 15 days. After this, the juice rests briefly in stainless steel tanks.
