Vineyard
The vineyards are located in the foothills of the Massif des Maures. The soil consists mainly of stony ground rich in calcareous clay. The plots are protected from the moist sea winds, resulting in dry and hot summers and mild winter months – a typical Mediterranean climate. The terraced plots are situated up to 330 metres in altitude, ensuring that the temperature fluctuations between day and night are perfect for the grapes to reach full maturity in a harmonious way.
Winemaking
Each variety undergoes a separate vinification. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are gently pressed. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Finally, this rosé matures for several months on lees in stainless steel tanks.

Peyrassol
Frankrijk · Provence
