Vineyard
The vineyards are situated in the hilly landscape of Abruzzo at altitudes between approximately 200 and 400 metres. The proximity of both the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine Mountains creates significant diurnal temperature variations. These conditions promote slow ripening and good aromatic development. The slopes are south-facing and enjoy abundant sunlight. The terroir combines calcareous soils with clay, ensuring freshness and structure.
Winemaking
The grapes are carefully harvested and quickly transported to the cellar to prevent oxidation. After a gentle pressing, the juice ferments at controlled low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. This approach preserves the fresh fruit expression and aromatic character of the grape. The wine briefly matures on its fine lees to gain additional texture and complexity. It is then bottled young to maintain its vibrant style.
