Vineyard

The 20-year-old vines grow on chalky clay soils called "Terres Blanches". Yields are 55 hl per hectare.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually. Vinification and ageing take place in a single egg-shaped concrete tank. The wine remains in this tank for 10 to 12 months on the lees. No sulphites are added to this natural wine. The annual production is only 5,000 bottles.
