Vineyard

Sourced from small vineyards in Alentejo with an average age of 20 years. The soil consists of poor granite and rocky schist, resulting in low yields but high quality. We operate within a certified integrated production system. Quality takes precedence over quantity. The vineyards reflect the pure character of the region.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested manually, selected, and pressed. They are then transferred by gravity to stainless steel tanks. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, preceded by cold maceration. Post-fermentation skin contact lasted approximately 22 days. 15% of the wine matures for 6 months in used French oak barrels, the remainder in stainless steel.
