Vineyard

The vineyards are located on terraced, sandy and silty soils in Sabran, Southern Rhône, with a strong influence from the Mediterranean wind. The vines are between 16 and 60 years old and are organically farmed. The southern exposure ensures optimal ripening, while the wind and light soil maintain freshness and elegance in the wine.

Winemaking

The grapes are fully destemmed and lightly crushed. After vinification, the wine matures for five months in stainless steel tanks. No filtration is applied; the wine clarifies spontaneously through natural sedimentation.
