Vineyard

The grapes come from a young vineyard in Oberfucha with a soil of granulite and tertiary gravel deposits. This freshly situated vineyard faces northeast and is surrounded by some groves and meadows.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked at the end of September and transported to the winery in small crates. The grapes are pressed whole and then undergo a slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After this, the wine matures on the lees until mid-February. At the end of February, the wine is bottled.
