Vineyard
The vineyards are located in Bairrada, where the Atlantic Ocean provides a cool and temperate climate. The Baga grape benefits from a long growing season, allowing aromas and acidity to develop slowly. The maritime influence results in fresh wines with a refined structure and excellent aging potential. The terroir gives the wine its characteristic tension and elegance.
Vinification
The wine is made from carefully selected Baga grapes harvested at full ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under controlled temperature to preserve the finesse of the fruit. Subsequently, the wine ages to further refine the tannins and build additional complexity. The vinification is aimed at elegance, freshness, and a pure expression of the Baga grape.

Vadio
Portugal · Bairrada
