Vineyard

The vines thrive in different locations. Some of the bunches come from vineyards in valleys, some from plots with a cool terroir, and some from north-facing slopes. The soil consists mainly of clay and limestone.

The bunches are rigorously selected. Soft pressing is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and several months of maturation in stainless steel tanks.
