Vineyard
The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils at the foot of the hills. The yield is 60 hl/ha, which ensures a good balance between concentration and freshness. The grape benefits here from a sunny Mediterranean climate with sufficient ripening. The estate operates under the Haute Valeur Environnementale label, with attention to biodiversity and sustainable practices.
Winemaking
After pneumatic pressing, fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve the aromatic potential to the maximum. Vinification occurs entirely in stainless steel tanks, which ensures freshness and purity. There is no wood aging, so the fruit remains central. The wine is bottled relatively young to maintain its expressive character.

Les Collines du Bourdic
Frankrijk · Languedoc
