Vineyard
The vines thrive on south-facing slopes on the Brauneberger Juffer that are 60 to 75% steep and overlook the Mosel. The soil consists of slate. Cultivation is carried out in an ecologically responsible manner. Yields are well controlled.
Winemaking
The bunches are hand-picked. After a short maceration, pressing follows, after which fermentation is initiated by the indigenous yeasts. This process and the subsequent maturation take place in small stainless steel tanks. It contains 1.7 grams of residual sugar per liter.
