Vineyard
The vineyards are situated on clay-limestone soils at the foot of the hills. The yield is 60 hl/ha, which ensures a good balance between concentration and freshness. The grape benefits here from a sunny Mediterranean climate with sufficient ripening. The estate operates under the Haute Valeur Environnementale label, with attention to biodiversity and sustainable practices.
Vinification
The grapes are traditionally vinified with a maceration of about ten days to extract colour, aromas and structure from the skins. Fermentation takes place at around 25°C to maintain a good balance between fruit expression and soft tannins. The wine is then stored in tanks to preserve its fruity character. This classic approach results in a round and accessible Merlot with a supple structure.

Les Collines du Bourdic
Frankrijk · Languedoc
