Vineyard

The vineyard with 30 to 39-year-old vines is located in Heideboden. The gravelly and dark soil consists of loamy sand with limestone deposits.

Winemaking

The bunches are hand-picked. After pressing, fermentation takes place, 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in large 20 hl wooden barrels. It then matures for about 3 months on fine lees in these same barrels.
