Vineyard
The three grape varieties are complanted in a single plot in the shape of a "point". They are located below the garrigue plateau on blue clay soil. Thanks to the complantation, the grapes ripen homogeneously and are harvested manually in one go. The blue clay provides structure and freshness. The Mediterranean garrigue environment ensures aromatic refinement.
Winemaking
Minimalist fermentation with a focus on the purity of the juice. No heavy extraction or oak influence. The wine matures for 5 months in tanks to preserve freshness and tension. This approach keeps the aromatic profile clear and precise. The style is light-footed but not simple, with an emphasis on elegance.

Domaine Montvac
