Vineyard
The vineyards are located on the Parndorfer Platte, a gently undulating plateau approximately 150 meters above sea level. The soil consists of well-draining layers of red gravel, which ensure excellent drainage and good soil warming. Below this gravel layer is a limestone subsoil, which provides the vines with minerality and contributes to the freshness and structure of the wines.
Winemaking
7 days of maceration, pressing, and 6 months of aging in used wooden barrels. Before bottling, the wine was filtered and 18 mg of sulfur was added.
