Vineyard
The plots are situated on colluvial soils consisting of large boulders, calcareous pebbles, and grey and yellow marl. This terroir simultaneously provides minerality, tension, and breadth on the palate. The Mistral wind keeps the grapes healthy and promotes aromatic concentration. The vineyard is managed entirely organically, with respect for biodiversity. The mix of limestone and marl makes this terroir particularly suitable for elegant and gastronomic white Rhône wines.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and selected for quality, not yield. Vinification takes place in stainless steel to preserve freshness and tension, while barriques and demi-uids add structure, subtle toast, and roundness. The oak ageing is carefully dosed, bringing delicate notes of vanilla, almond, and toasted aromas.
