Vineyard
The grapes originate from the Atlantic-influenced vineyards of Bairrada, where the cool maritime climate ensures slow and balanced ripening. The combination of Bical and Cercial yields grapes with a distinct freshness and natural acidity. These conditions form the ideal basis for a wine that perfectly supports flor aging. The terroir also contributes to the characteristic minerality and finesse.
Winemaking
Finuum is made from the same wine as Perpetuum and partially matures in oak barrels where a flor layer develops. This maturation, inspired by the Fino style from Jerez, protects the wine from oxidation and ensures refined aromatic complexity. The vinification emphasizes freshness, tension, and precision, while the flor adds subtle saline and nutty aromas. The result is a dry, elegant wine with a long and layered finish.

Vadio
Portugal · Bairrada
