Vineyard
The plots are situated on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail in an exceptional microclimate. The soils consist of red marl with limestone and gypsum veins. The vineyards are laid out in terraces (restanques), ensuring optimal sun exposure and natural drainage. Surrounded by pine trees and garrigue, the grapes develop aromatic intensity. Low yields enhance concentration and depth.
Vinification
Winemaking focuses on structure and aromatic precision. Extraction is controlled to preserve elegant tannins. Aging takes place in concrete vats, which refines the wine without adding oak aromas. Slow maturation allows it to develop complexity and and tension.

Domaine Montvac
