The grapes grow on a mosaic of flint, limestone, and marl soils. This varied terroir gives the wine a beautiful balance of fruit, freshness, and fine structure.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand and then vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to best preserve the pure fruit character. The wine was bottled in July 2024.
