Vineyard
The grapes come from various plots around Bolzano, at altitudes between 250 and 600 meters. This spread ensures both ripeness and freshness in the wine. The soils consist of gravelly, slightly loamy sediments that contribute to structure and minerality. Pergola and Guyot pruning systems are used. The combination of valleys and slopes provides complexity and elegance.
Winemaking
After fermentation at a controlled temperature (approximately 19°C), the wine continues to mature in stainless steel tanks. This approach preserves the freshness and purity of the fruit. Great care is taken to maximize the typical grape expression. The emphasis is on aromatic intensity and balance. The result is a fresh yet structured Pinot Grigio.
