Vinification

Manual harvesting and selection of Alicante Bouschet, Tinta Miúda, and Tinta Caiada. After sorting and crushing, spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation followed. The must was gravitated into the vats. Post-fermentation maceration lasted a remarkable 35 days.
